Job Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls: Initiate contact with Potential customers or clients through phone calls to promote products or services.
• Conducting sales pitches: Present and explain the features and benefits of the products or services being offered to prospects. customize the pitch based on the needs and interests of each individual.
• Meeting Sales targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quotas set by the company. strive to maximize sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Building relationships: Establish rapport and build positive relationships with prospects. Engage in active listening to understand their needs, address concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various sources, including cold calling, database management and marketing campaigns.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to customers, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
• Actively listen to customers and recommend appropriate products or services based on their requirements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively demonstrating product value and closing sales.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal skill
• Analytical skills.

Salary

• Tk. 8000-12000 (Monthly)
