Job Context
- We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operation and Support Manager for its Operation Department Team! As an Operation and Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining live classes and consultation classes. You’ll play a key role in bringing innovation and creativity to make learning and teaching simple!
Job Responsibilities
- Passionate about tech and working for a leading globally backed EdTech;
- Must have a bachelor’s degree (Tech background preferable) from a top tier local or international university.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheet, OBS and other streaming applications.
- Should be a proactive team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet demanding timelines and commercial targets but not compromising on the quality of work.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Educational background may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.

- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Will be responsible for setting up the live class studio.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the live classes in the system (App/Zoom/OBS/Other relevant software)
- Solving tech related issues regarding live classes and liaising with the product team.
- Will be responsible to communicate with concerned persons and live class teachers about the timetables so that they can conduct classes on time.
- Constant communication with all live class teachers and the backup teachers and reach out to backup teachers if someone is absent so that classes are on time.
- Responsible for making the backup of live classes for online courses in the system, updating class routine on time and input live classes in our App backend.
- Maintenance of live class related excel sheets, Monthly Teachers Payment calculation, etc.
- Work together with the other Operations Executives to see if everything is synced according to the live class operations.

- Tk. 20000-25000 (Monthly)
